Tyler Kasprzyk

Passionate about the medical device space, Tyler began his career in sales with Machine Solutions Inc a catheter manufacturing equipment company, with the aftermarket department.  After spending several years ingrained in the capital equipment space, Tyler soon realized that the medical device industry was where his heart lied. This is why in 2020 after completing his MBA, Tyler decided to join the Poba team. As the Chief Operating Officer, Tyler is passionate about his role and seeks to provide the best quality and quickest lead times to Poba’s customers. Tyler's goal is to continue to improve supply chain inefficiencies and reduce internal waste, by implementing sustainability measures; and actively working with the engineering team to provide the most up to date offerings in the medical balloon space.
